1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Screen Saver Gallery" macOS application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Agreements. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License

Screen Saver Gallery grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Apple's standard App Store terms.

3. Pro Upgrades and Billing

Certain features and specific screen savers are available subject to purchasing a "Pro" upgrade. Payments are processed securely via Apple's App Store according to their billing policies. All subscription management and refunds are handled through your Apple ID account.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, functionalities, and included screen saver artistic sequences are owned by Screen Saver Gallery and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or compatible with all possible hardware configurations.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page. Continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
